This Privacy Policy applies only to Pixel Paint Universe on Meta Quest devices. It explains what information the app collects, how it is used, and how users can delete app data.

Pixel Paint Universe does not collect, store, share, sell, or transmit personal data. The app runs locally on the user’s device.

The only content handled by the app is content the user creates or imports, along with local app settings. That information stays on the device and is not sent to Aury Studio.

We do not collect any personal data.

  • No biometric, eye-tracking, or person-related data
  • No crash reports or usage reports sent to us

4. What The App Accesses On Your Device

To provide its core features, Pixel Paint Universe may request device permissions that allow the user to choose files and save artwork.

These files remain on the user’s device. Aury Studio does not receive them.

6. Children’s Privacy

Pixel Paint Universe is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children.

7. Third-Party Platforms And Services

Pixel Paint Universe runs on Meta Quest hardware and uses the Unity engine. Meta and Unity may have their own privacy terms for their platforms and software.

However, Aury Studio does not collect personal data through Pixel Paint Universe, and the app does not use third-party analytics or advertising SDKs to send user data to Aury Studio.

8. How To Delete User Data

Because Aury Studio does not store user data on external servers, deleting data means removing locally stored files and app data from the device.

A. Uninstall the app

Users can uninstall Pixel Paint Universe from their Quest library. This removes the app and its locally stored app data.

Users may contact Aury Studio at aury@aury.studio with the subject line Data Deletion – Pixel Paint Universe to request confirmation that Aury Studio does not hold any personal data about them.

9. International Transfers

Not applicable. Aury Studio does not collect or transfer personal data through Pixel Paint Universe.

If the privacy practices for Pixel Paint Universe change in the future, this Privacy Policy will be updated and the effective date will be revised accordingly.
